We provide dependable residential cleaning services designed to fit your home, schedule, and lifestyle. Below you’ll find a clear breakdown of what’s included in each service, so you always know what to expect — no surprises.

 Basic Cleaning Service

Ideal for routine maintenance and ongoing upkeep.

Covers essential cleaning for kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common living areas.

 

What’s Included:

​

Kitchen

  • Clean microwave interior and exterior

  • Wipe exterior of appliances

  • Scrub stove top / range

  • Wipe exterior cabinets and drawer fronts

  • Clean window sills

  • Scrub and sanitize sinks and fixtures

  • Sanitize reachable surfaces, countertops, and backsplash

  • High-touch surfaces such as light switches, doorknobs, and handles are sanitized throughout the home.

  • Polish stainless-steel surfaces

  • Empty trash and reline trash cans

  • Sweep and mop floors

Bathroom​

  • Dust shelves and reachable surfaces

  • Scrub and sanitize sinks, showers, tubs, and toilets

  • Sanitize countertops, backsplash, and cabinet faces

  • Clean mirrors

  • Sweep and mop floors or vacuum if needed

  • Empty trash and reline trash cans

Bathroom & Common Areas​

  • Dust and sanitize reachable surfaces and furniture

  • Dust windowsills

  • Clean mirrors

  • Hand-wipe pictures and décor

  • Beds made upon request (linens left out -if bed sheets are to be changed)

  • Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors

  • Empty trash and reline trash cans

Deep Cleaning Service

Recommended for first-time service, seasonal refreshes, or homes that need extra attention.

​

Includes everything in the Basic Cleaning Service, plus the following:

​

  • Clean inside refrigerator

  • Clean inside oven

  • Clean exterior cabinets and drawer fronts in detail

  • Clean ceiling fans and blades (within reach)

  • Clean baseboards within reach (without moving furniture)

  • Vacuum and/or polish furniture fronts, sides, and legs within reach

  • Clean window blinds and shutters (excluding metal mini blinds)

  • Dust air return vents (within reach, with step stool)

  • Remove cobwebs (within reach, with step stool)

Additional Services (Upon Request)

 

These services may be added to a Basic Cleaning when a Deep Clean is not required:

​

  • Clean inside refrigerator: $50–$100

  • Clean inside oven: $35–$50

  • Hand-wash or wipe baseboards (within reach, without moving furniture): $30+

  • Clean window blinds and shutters (excluding metal mini blinds): $35+

 

Pricing may vary based on size, condition, and time required.

Add-on services must be requested in advance and are subject to time availability.

Service Limitations (For Safety & Efficiency)

 

To ensure the safety of our teams and the quality of service, please note the following:

​

  • Furniture is not moved; we clean reachable areas by hand or with extension tools

  • We do not clean higher than two steps on a step stool

  • We do not deep clean metal mini blinds

  • We do not handle biohazards (human or animal waste, blood, bodily fluids, mold, or hazardous materials)

  • Exterior windows, walls, and flat-screen televisions are not included
